Heritage Radio Network and

On Sunday,March 22, 2010 I will be on Katy Keifer’s The Main Course Heritage Radio Network from 12-1. We’ll discuss culinary activities  planned to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Mexico’s independence, efforts to promote regional Mexican cooking at my restaurant Zarela, and  the culinary program I am curating for the Mexican Cultural Institute . We will launch this exciting project with a presentation on the Mexican Corn Kitchen at New York University.

At least, that’s what I’d like to talk about but Katy might have other ideas and callers can call in with questions.
