Final Day Pig Prepped for Pit

Oven ready and only took 5 or 6 days to get ready!   What a production this has been! my friend Lisa Maguire has recently been trying to remember a German word that means a project that took longer or was more work than anticipated. Boy,  I could use that word now. Does anyone know it? It's been fun and definitely worth it. If you read the update yesterday, you know that I made 46 pounds of fruit vegetable stuffing yesterday with the help of David Navarro and Yamile.  Today Tyson and Juan Matos stuffed and tied it.
